About the Role
We are seeking a strong, people-focused Plant Manager to lead operations at our prestressed concrete facility. This role is responsible for driving production, building team morale, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality across all plant activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day plant operations including production, scheduling, and delivery
- Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture
- Champion safety and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Uphold strict quality expectations aligned with DOT/PCI requirements
- Develop and coach supervisors and team members
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines and customer expectations
