What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tree Climber / Driver position at Prestonwood Landscape Services?
Job Description
Prestonwood Landscaping is searching for a qualified tree trimmer/climber. This position requires experience in the proper pruning and removal of trees located in commercial/Residential areas. Extensive knowledge and experience with Rigging, Climbing, chipper operations, and aerial rescue techniques are a must.
Qualifications:
1. Bilingual English/Spanish a bonus but not required.
2. Must have at least 1-5 years field experience in safe pruning and removal of trees
3. Must have at least 1-5 years of experience safely climbing, rigging.
4. Ability to identify hazards and prevent damage to persons or property during tree trimming operations
5. Must have strong understanding of proper pruning techniques.
6. Have and maintain professional image
7. Drivers License require
8. Drug test given prior to employment
9. Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
10. Ability to work outside of typical hours in case of emergency tree operations
