Job Summary
I'm looking for someone who wakes up happy and loves helping other people. As our Bright Eyes Vision Mobile Patient Coordinator, you will play a critical administrative support role within our mobile department, which is 100% based out of our office location in Murphy, TX.
This position is ideal for an experienced insurance verification professional who is articulate, well-spoken, highly organized, and motivated by supporting physicians and patient care behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for verifying medical & vision insurance eligibility and benefits, accurately entering and maintaining patient information in our EHR system (RevolutionEHR), and serving as a professional point of contact for nursing home administrators, healthcare facilities, and patients via phone and email. You will assist in coordinating mobile schedules between physicians and facilities, manage incoming service requests, and provide direct administrative support to the Texas Mobile Manager.
Your work will directly support our physicians in delivering bedside eyecare to patients in nursing homes and inpatient facilities, ensuring each visit is properly prepared and followed through.

Required Qualifications
- Medical Insurance Verification experience (required)
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative role
- Comfort working in an EHR system
- Strong professional communication skills (phone and email)
