What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Photography position at Prestonwood Baptist Church?
Coordinates, oversees and executes all aspects of shooting projects for Prestonwood Baptist Church (“PBC”) ministries, worship services, and special events.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Content Team in cultivating creative concepts during pre-production and capturing content for assigned projects
- Oversee usage and maintenance of all aspects of the TV studio, including camera gear, lighting/grip elements, etc.
- Collaborate with producers to determine all aspects of shooting, including camera placement, lens selection, lighting looks, etc.
- Ensure proper execution of the creative designs of projects
- Take the lead on assigned projects
- Coordinate with the team for TV studio scheduling and shoot details
- Maintain excellent communication and relationships with other ministries regarding projects
- Other duties as assigned

- Minimum 5 years experience working in a studio production environment
- Proficient on Google, Microsoft Office, and Apple products
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Project management experience
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for scheduled projects
- Ability to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting/moving gear up to 40 pounds without assistance
