What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contact Center Representative position at Prestonwood Baptist Church?
Interface with clients, potential clients and donors phone calls, online chats, text messages and emails as well as perform basic data entry activities for Prestonwood Pregnancy Center (“PPC”).
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, online chats, emails
- Schedule client appointments for pregnancy confirmation services using our CRM database
- Provide guidance to women in crisis pregnancy over the phone
- Provide information, feedback, and suggestions to supervisor to enhance client experience
- Assist with client data entry as needed
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations, maintain client confidentiality
- Model excellence in all areas
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry
- Pro-life in word and pro-love in action
- Some college, degree preferred
- Excellent multi-tasking and computer skills
- Sales, call center, counseling or crisis intervention experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work one evening shift per week and at least one Saturday a month
- Ability to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, occasionally perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting up to 30 pounds without assistance
