The Opportunity
We are seeking an Executive Clinical Director (BCBA)
to lead, elevate, and scale our clinical operations. This is not a traditional
BCBA role—this is a leadership position for a clinician who operates at the
highest level and is ready to influence the direction of an entire
organization.
You will serve as the clinical authority, shaping
programming, mentoring elite clinicians, and ensuring an unmatched standard of
care.
What You’ll Do
- Architect
and oversee advanced, individualized treatment programs
- Lead
and mentor a high-performing team of BCBAs and RBTs
- Set
and uphold clinical excellence standards across all services
- Drive
outcomes through data-informed decision-making
- Partner
with executive leadership on growth, strategy, and expansion
- Cultivate
strong relationships with families, providers, and stakeholders
- Ensure
full compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and payer standards
Who You Are
- Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Texas
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing
- Master’s
degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Proven
leader with experience supervising BCBAs and clinical teams
- Known for clinical precision, strong judgment, and high standards
- Thrives in high-performance, growth-oriented environments
- Polished, professional, and confident working with high-expectation families
