An industry-leading commercial and industrial contractor is looking to appoint an experienced General Superintendent to lead the field execution of a major projects based in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. You'll be responsible for leading Superintendents, Foremen and large craft teams whilst working alongside senior operations leadership to successfully deliver a landmark project.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading field operations from mobilisation through project completion
- Managing Superintendents, Foremen and field leadership
- Labour planning and manpower strategy
- Driving safety, quality and productivity
- Working closely with Project Management and Operations
- Managing subcontractors and trade partners
- Coordinating construction sequencing and planning
- Driving programme delivery
- Supporting commissioning and project turnover
What we're looking for:
- Commercial or Industrial Construction
- General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor or Structural Steel background
- Large project experience
- Strong labour planning experience
- Experience managing multiple Superintendents
- Excellent client facing skills
- Safety-first leadership
Package:
- $160,000-$180,000 Base
