Embarking on the next phase of its long-term expansion strategy, they are recruiting for a Business Development Manager.
In this role, you will help develop new clients, utilizing their extensive portfolio of completed works, reputation, and network to solicit and convert new business opportunities in the Greater Seattle area.
This role reports to the company President and will be rewarded with an excellent base salary, bonuses, and benefits including PTO, healthcare, vehicle allowance and more.
You will ideally have 10 years of commercial construction experience having worked in project delivery, pre-construction and client management or sales.
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
