We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team in Fremont, CA. As the Lead Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all Assistants within your center are thoroughly trained and compliant with the 24Z workflow. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.Pay: $31 - $36 per hour baseResponsibilities: Oversee and monitor the clinical 24Z workflow.Train Assistants on:24Z workflowProper patient communicationsProper sterilizationProper equipment care and maintenanceAttend quarterly lead assistant trainings.Implement proper ordering and supply management protocols.Ensure End of Day (EOD) tasks are completed and submitted daily.Communicate with the Central Operations and Individual Teams.Meet weekly with the Regional Lead to share a report summary of 24Z deliveries.Contact the Regional Lead for clinical support as needed.Ensure the assistant block schedule is properly utilized in the back office.Results:Achieve 95% full mouth 24Z Restorations.Maintain a 95% delivery success rate.Attain a 95% reline success rate.Ensure an overall delivery success rate of 98%.Foster a professional work environment that prioritizes our patients FIRST!Requirements:Deep understanding of the 24Z Process and each appointment within (N1-N8).Capable problem solver with the ability to prioritize and work autonomously.Initiative to drive solutions and exemplify Nuvia Mission and values.Ability to build strong relationships with providers, clinical, and administrative staff.Maintain a clean and professional appearance.Join Us:If you are a motivated individual with a passion for patient care and a knack for leadership, we would love to hear from you.
