Job Summary
The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to concrete work on construction sites. Starting pay is $23.00 to $30.00 Higher starting pay will be offered to those with experience. After 90 day a raise will be given based on performance and attendance.
Duties
- Loading trucks with appropriate tools and equipment
- Pouring, and leveling concrete
- Assist in layout
- Assist in setting forms and stripping forms after the concrete sets
- Smooth and finish freshly poured cement or concrete
- Operate power tools for cutting, grinding, and finishing concrete
- Apply caulking as needed
Skills
- Experience with commercial driving is a plus
- Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints
- Familiarity with power tools used in concrete work is helpfull
- Knowledge of mechanical systems related to concrete work
- Ability to weld is advantageous
- Special condsideration (pay) will be giving those who are proficient on placing and finishing concrete floors
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
