Full Time Office Clerk
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Office Clerk.
Service Office Responsibilities
- Handling customer monetary transactions
- Interacting professionally with customers at time of payment, ensuring a pleasant service experience
- Answering phone calls and directing customers to appropriate parties
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail
- Posting reports in CDK accounting software
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
This is a fast-paced office environment with our main focus on quality customer service and teamwork based principals.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Customer serivce and office administration experience highly preferred
Schedule
Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week. Off Sunday. Hours: 9am - 6pm Weekdays, 8am - 2pm Saturdays.
Compensation
Earn between $14-$16 per hour based on experience
