We are a well-established dry cleaning business in Alexandria, known for excellent customer service. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer questions and provide information about our services.
- Process orders, payments, pickups, and drop-offs.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and assist with inventory as needed.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Full-time availability (minimum 35 hours per week).
- Saturday availability is mandatory.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must live in Alexandria or a nearby area; close proximity to the store is preferred.
