Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Cleaning Tech to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning newly constructed or renovated buildings to ensure they are ready for occupancy. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a safe and welcoming environment for future occupants.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Remove debris, dust, and construction materials from all areas of the building.
- Clean windows, walls, and surfaces to ensure they are free from stains and marks.
- Ensure all fixtures, appliances, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any damages or issues observed during the cleaning process to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or repair.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as needed.
- Familiarity with safety practices related to construction sites is a plus.
