We're growing, and we're looking for a detail-obsessed Cleaning Technician to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to travel to multi-site job locations.
- Must have attention to detail and follow cleaning procedures.
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
What You'll Do
- Apartment Turnover Cleaning — Prepare vacated units for new residents on tight turnaround timelines: deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, windows, and fixtures to move-in-ready standard.
- Detailed Office Cleaning — Maintain commercial office spaces to a high standard of cleanliness, including desks, common areas, restrooms, break rooms, glass, and high-touch surfaces, following PCS's FPS™ protocols.
- Post-Construction Cleaning — Perform rough and final cleans on newly built or renovated spaces: dust and debris removal, surface detailing, window and fixture cleaning, and floor care, ensuring the space is safe and presentation-ready for handoff.
What We're Looking For
- Prior cleaning, janitorial, hospitality, or turnover experience preferred (not required — we train the right person)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job done right
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple job sites/tasks
- Comfortable with physical work: standing, bending, lifting up to [25 lbs], climbing ladders
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexible availability, including some evenings/weekends for turnover deadlines
- A team player who takes ownership of quality and safety
