Position Description:
The incumbent will support the VP of Financial and Retirement Services with all aspects of a multiple employer retirement savings plan for participating client worksites and worksite employees.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Onboarding Retirement
- Oversee all plan set-ups and first payrolls
- Acting as first point of contact for Retirement Plan Setup and setting up their plans and match rules in HRIS system
- Attend new client onboarding consultations when necessary
- Assist new clients in completing required plan documents, ensuring a smooth transition for new plans
- Work with Sales team to provide marketing materials to prospects, attending sales calls when requested and providing plan comparisons
- Maintain new client onboarding records to track new plan setups and update daily
- Manage the transition of retirement plans from acquisitions
- Track projects and communications with clients through Salesforce cases and records
- Addresses escalated new client questions and escalated issues
- Research and resolve client and employee issues related to enrollment, deferrals, remittance, plan design and compliance
- Update payroll system with enrollments and contribution changes as necessary
- Completes corrections for missed deferrals and matches when they arise
- Run and provide clients with census reports upon request
- Processing Bonus Deferral Election Forms, K1 Contributions, and Verifying/Approving Quarterly Forceouts
- Approve/Deny Distribution Requests
- Process employee requests (enrollment/change, incoming rollover, loan, distribution, hardship withdrawals)
- Audits plans through weekly Databridge API Verifications, Variance Reports, and Slavic Import Failures
- Takes lead on special projects as they arise such as audits and Slavic requests for gathering company information
