Prestige World Drive, Inc. is a privately owned transportation company contracted with FedEx Ground to provide package pickup and delivery services throughout the Marion, Illinois service area.

We are currently seeking dependable, professional, and safety-minded individuals to join our team as Personal Vehicle Delivery (AVP) Drivers. This position involves delivering and picking up packages from residential and commercial customers using your own qualifying personal vehicle.

Compensation

• $22.00 per hour
• $0.70 per mile while operating your personal vehicle

Schedule

We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Part-time positions are assigned by scheduled workdays rather than hourly shifts. Drivers must be available for the entire scheduled workday, typically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, although actual start and finish times may vary based on operational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify required)
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
• Be capable of working independently while maintaining effective communication with management
• Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Lift, carry, and move packages safely throughout the workday
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service
• Successfully complete all pre-employment requirements

Personal Vehicle Requirements

Applicants must provide a qualifying personal vehicle that meets FedEx Ground standards.

Accepted Vehicle Types

• Passenger cars
• SUVs
• Passenger minivans
• Pickup trucks equipped with a secure, locking bed cover

Vehicle Requirements

• Model Year 2013 or newer (No Exceptions)
• Vehicle must be clean, reliable, and in safe operating condition
• No visible body damage
• No cargo vans
• No commercial vehicles

Required documentation includes:

• Current vehicle registration
• Valid proof of insurance
• Color photographs of all four sides of the vehicle
• Photograph of the manufacturer's VIN/GVWR certification label

Drivers are responsible for all fuel, maintenance, and operating expenses associated with their personal vehicle.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Safely load and organize packages for daily delivery routes
• Accurately scan and track packages using company-issued handheld devices
• Deliver and pick up packages in accordance with FedEx service standards
• Complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at every delivery location
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel throughout the day

Packages are delivered each morning to the designated meeting location in Centralia, IL for route dispatch. Drivers are generally not required to report to the FedEx Ground terminal in Marion, IL; however, occasional trips to the terminal may be required based on operational needs.

Primary Reporting Location: Nashville, Illinois

Packages are dispatched from the Centralia meeting location each workday. Applicants must live near Nashville. Occasional travel to the FedEx Ground Terminal in Marion, IL may be required.
