Responsibilities:
Have a reliable vehicle to get to your appointments
Comfortable traveling throughout the New Jersey area for pre-set consultations
Present product and service offerings effectively and professionally through our proven system
Close deals and secure customer contracts
Utilize our CRM and sales tools effectively to track leads, manage appointments, and monitor performance
Participate in regular sales meetings and ongoing training
Maintain a professional and positive image representing Prestige Works NJ
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation
Must have consistent access to a reliable laptop or tablet to utilize our CRM and sales tools effectively
Strong sales and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in sales (home improvement experience preferred, but not required)
Highly Trainable and Adaptable
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
