Position: Canvassing Manager Trainee

This is an active, outdoor position — not an office, call center, or remote scheduling job.

Responsibilities:
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Talk with homeowners and set appointments for sales team
- Follow a simple scripts and closer process
- Contribute to a strong team environment
- Qualified candidates will learn how to train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers
