Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in East Hanover, NJ, for a Service Advisor at Prestige Volvo. The Service Advisor will be responsible for understanding and addressing customer needs, serving as a point of contact between the service team and customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include explaining repair and maintenance needs, scheduling appointments, coordinating aftersales services, and ensuring a high-quality service experience for all patrons.
