We are looking for a FRIENDLY-OUTGOING-CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented individual to be the first face our residence/guest see.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities Include:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and parking passes
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle inquiries and provide information to guests
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Accept and deliver mail, packages, cleaners and food delivery services.
Skills Needed:
Ability to speak FIRST with a smile
Computer literacy
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in a front desk IS A PLUS
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
