Role Description
This is a full-time role for an experienced Escrow Officer based in Grapevine, TX. The Escrow Officer will manage the escrow process with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and seamless execution. This role requires exceptional customer service in the closing room and the ability to confidently coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure smooth and timely closings. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of each transaction and understands that precision and service excellence define the closing experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing residential closings independently
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to provide professional, high-level customer service in the closing room
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with agents, transaction coordinators, lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of title insurance practices and compliance requirements
- Ability to remain composed and solution-focused in high pressure situations
- Notary Public (required)
