Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related analytical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with account reconciliations and journal entries
- Understanding of month-end close processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- AP/AR experience is a plus
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
- Balance intercompany transactions and accounts across multiple systems
- Review and validate financial information submitted by departments
- Maintain periodic reports and financial schedules
- Assist with external and bank audits
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency
- Support special projects as assigned
