Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, including employee relations
- Proven experience investigating and managing leaves of absence (FMLA, disability, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- SPHR/PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Knowledge of cybersecurity environment or related industry experience is a plus
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Advise on workforce planning, including managing a mix of employees, contractors, and service providers
- Lead employee relations initiatives, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure policy adherence and administer employee benefits programs
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify improvements for employee satisfaction and business performance
- Facilitate communication between HR, management, and external stakeholders
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and staff
- Support organizational change and culture initiatives as needed
- Perform additional duties supporting HR functions and strategic projects
