Requirements

• Proven scheduling experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent phone communication skills with a professional, patient demeanor
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically eClinicalWorks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Manage scheduling for internal medicine appointments via phone and electronic systems
