Product Owner
Pay: $80,000-$100,000 3% bonus
Location: Carmel, IN (Hybrid, Tuesdays–Thursdays on-site and Monday/Friday remote)

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs for technical teams and executives
- Experience with AI tool adoption (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in day-to-day work
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and Excel proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, CS, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of value-driven features
- Lead Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Absorb complex process and organizational information, translating it into clear guidance for teams
- Collaborate with QA and engineering to ensure quality and successful implementation of solutions
- Continuously evaluate product performance and incorporate feedback to refine roadmaps
