Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years in fundraising, development, community outreach, or healthcare (non-profit preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Raiser’s Edge experience preferred
- Flexibility for some evenings/weekends and travel within the Chicago area
- Plan and execute fundraising and donor events
- Cultivate and steward corporate and individual donors
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and volunteer coordination
- Prepare donor communications and presentations
- Track outcomes to meet fundraising goals
- Healthcare fundraising experience
- Public speaking and presentation skills
