Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Register patients and verify insurance information
- Answer phones and handle all incoming inquiries
- File, scan, and fax documents efficiently
- Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations
- Collect payments and assist with billing processes
- Support back-office duties such as rooming patients and taking vitals
- Professional and friendly appearance with excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Contract length: 3 months with potential for perm conversion
- Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- No weekends or holidays required
