Prestige Staffing is searching for a Credentialing Verification Manager for a direct hire role. This role has great career advancement and benefits. This will be a hybrid role which could lead to fully remote once trained.
The Credentialing Supervisor will manage the system central credentialing unit and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Central Verification Office. There are over 200 providers and a team of up to 3 people.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the system Central Credentialing Unit and manage daily operations of the Central Verification Office (CVO)
- Develop, implement, and maintain credentialing processes and procedures
- Train and support credentialing specialists to ensure consistent performance
- Review credentialing documentation, identify issues, and follow up for resolution
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of all credentialing files
- Provide feedback, coaching, and additional training to staff when performance gaps are identified
- Address and resolve escalated issues from verification specialists
- Monitor compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Establish deadlines, performance standards, and measure outcomes in collaboration with the Credentialing and Enrollment Manager
- Maintain integrity, accuracy, and completeness of credentialing databases
- Participate in hiring, training, and supervising staff in partnership with the Credentialing and Enrollment Supervisor
- Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Staff Services, Business, or a related field OR a minimum of 4 years of comprehensive medical staff services experience in an acute care hospital, managed care organization, or credentialing verification organization
- Current National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) certification (CMSC – Medical Staff Services Coordinator or CPCS – Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) preferred
- If not currently certified, must obtain NAMSS certification within the first year of employment
- Must maintain active NAMSS certification once obtained
- Working knowledge of accreditation standards and credentialing-related state and federal regulations
- Experience with database management and computer applications preferred
- Able to pass criminal background and drug test including THC
- Monday - Friday 7:30-9 start time for 8 hour day
- In the office 2 days a week and remote 3 days a week
- Manages 2-3 full time employees
- Pay is $60-86k based on experience and education
- Able to pass criminal background and drug test including THC
