Requirements
- Proven experience in business process analysis, value stream mapping, or operating model documentation
- Experience supporting large-scale transitions, such as mergers, acquisitions, or system migrations
- Strong ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies during complex change initiatives
- Excellent communication skills to produce clear, executive-ready documentation
- Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments and engaging with senior leaders
- Ability to analyze complex operational environments with multiple legacy systems
- Document end-to-end business processes and value streams in a current (“as-is”) state
- Assess existing legacy applications, systems, and platforms used within branches
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and constraints for transitioning to new corporate systems
- Synthesize findings into process maps, narratives, impact summaries, and risk assessments for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with process owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to validate insights and assumptions
- Support transition planning activities, including sequencing and risk analysis
- Serve as a trusted analytical partner to the VP, owning documentation and discovery activities
