Title: Business Development Specialist
Pay: $80,000 - $100,000
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to support the Intellectual Property Division, with a focus on the Patent Prosecution practice.
Requirements:
- 4 years of business development and/or marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong attorney-facing skills and confidence in engaging with partners and senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ideally, prior IP experience supporting Patent Prosecution or IP Litigation practices
Responsibilities:
- Draft and maintain practice descriptions, attorney bios, marketing collateral, and experience lists
- Manage legal directory submissions and awards processes
- Support publication of client alerts and thought leadership content
- Assist in proposals, pitches, and RFP responses
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence research
- Track opportunities and report through CRM systems
