Requirements
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible accounting experience
- Proficiency with accounting and payroll software applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ensure timely invoicing of customers daily and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Follow-up with relevant departments for payment resolutions
- Collect and manage past due customer accounts
- Process customer payments efficiently
- Issue customer billing statements promptly
- Code accounts payable transactions in Bill.com
- Administer vendor payments via external websites
