Territory Sales Manager – Diabetes
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join a growing medical device organization focused on improving diabetes management and patient care.
This is a field-based sales role responsible for developing and growing business within physician offices, clinics, and other healthcare settings throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will bring a strong history of sales success, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively manage and grow a territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within physician offices and clinics
- Educate healthcare providers on diabetes management solutions and their clinical value
- Drive product adoption and achieve or exceed territory sales goals
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and local market
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through implementation and ongoing account development
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and drive continued growth
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Medical sales experience strongly preferred
- Diabetes knowledge or previous experience within the diabetes space is a significant plus
- Experience selling into physician offices, clinics, or healthcare providers preferred
- Strong territory management and business development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
