We're looking for an experienced, highly organized Property Management Operations Manager to help lead the daily operations of our established residential property management portfolio of approximately 200 units.

Compensation:
$23 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Coordinate leasing activities, showings, applications, lease preparation, and renewals.
Manage move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and deposit documentation.
Oversee maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and timely follow-through.
Coordinate property inspections and help ensure properties are maintained to company standards.
Work with administrative and bookkeeping support to keep property records accurate and organized.
Monitor deadlines, resolve problems proactively, and ensure outstanding tasks are completed.

What We're Looking For
Experience in residential property management, real estate operations, leasing, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
