What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Investor Relations position at Prestige Properties?
Investor Relations & Capital Markets Director
Raise Capital. Secure Financing. Drive Growth.
Prestige Properties is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven professional to help fuel our next stage of growth from 700 apartments to 2,000 units.
This is not a corporate management role. This is not a position where you oversee a team that raises money and secures financing. You will be the person making the calls, building investor relationships, securing commitments, meeting lenders, negotiating loan terms, coordinating financings, and helping close acquisitions.
If you enjoy relationship building, capital raising, deal making, commercial real estate, and directly impacting company growth, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. Significant upside through a robust bonus program rewarding capital commitments, funded equity, loan closings, and overall performance.
About Us
Prestige Properties is a Cincinnati-based multifamily investment company that has completed more than 1,500 real estate transactions since 1998 and currently owns approximately 700 apartment units. We acquire apartment communities directly from owners, create value through renovations and operational improvements, and maintain a long-term ownership philosophy. Our goal is to grow to 2,000 units while partnering with high-quality investors and lenders who share our vision.
