We are seeking dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians who take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Our technicians will perform residential and commercial cleaning services, including detailed move-out cleanings, apartment turnovers, and deep cleaning projects with strict completion deadlines.
Experience in deep cleaning and professional carpet cleaning is preferred but not required. We are willing to train qualified individuals who demonstrate dedication, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards.
● Complete move-in/move-out cleaning and apartment turnover assignments.
● Conduct detailed deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and commercial spaces.
● Clean and sanitize countertops, appliances, cabinets, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.
● Perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and baseboard cleaning.
● Operate carpet shampooing and hot-water extraction equipment when trained and assigned.
● Identify and treat carpet stains using approved cleaning products and procedures.
● Complete quick-turnaround cleaning assignments while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
● Follow company cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
● Properly handle cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
● Communicate cleaning concerns, property damage, or additional service needs to management.
● Maintain professionalism and respect when working inside clients’ homes and businesses.
Qualifications
● Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
● Deep cleaning and carpet cleaning experience is a plus.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
● Dependable, punctual, and professional.
● Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, standing, and repetitive movements.
● Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
● Reliable transportation to assigned job locations preferred.
● Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and operate professional equipment.
