Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to assist the Service Advisor in our Service Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service with strong attention to detail, effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Set service appointments.
- Create Purchase Orders for parts.
- Close Repair Orders.
- Coordinate warranty claims.
- Coordinate parts returns.
- Handle cash, debit and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and waiting area.
- Communicate with service advisors, technician and management effectively.
Requirements
- Automotive/mechanical experience required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Bilingual required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
