A Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed at a well-established practice that currently has six (6) established offices: Four Internal Medicine Offices with Med Spas in Jasper, Canton, Roswell, & Rome, and Two Pediatric Offices between Jasper and Canton. We currently have 26 Medical Providers between our six existing locations. The ideal candidate must have the flexibility to work at our Jasper Internal Medicine Office full time. This candidate must also be focused on clinical excellence, building lasting relationships, & patient satisfaction. The ability to learn new skills, utilize technology, and work cohesively with an experienced team of supportive staff is essential for success with this position. Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner Certification or Physician Assistant Certification Required
- Active DEA License (We can assist in obtaining this license if the candidate does not currently have)
- Flexibility to work at Jasper Internal Medicine Office full-time, but willingness to work at other locations as needed is appreciated.
- Excellent Computer Skills Required
- EHR Experience Preferred
- Must be Punctual & Dependable
- Must be able to multi-task, & work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a Team Player & Possess Strong Communication/Leadership Skills
Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work under the supervision and control of the Medical Director of the company and or his / her assignee.
- Follow clinical protocols that comply with company policy
- Laboratory & Imaging results are to be reviewed per office protocols
- Complete Medication refills and adhere to prescribing restrictions based on office protocols
- Focus on clinical excellence with continued education to provide patient satisfaction
- Meet expectations for quality-of-care measurements with a minimum of 75% compliance
- Participate and share the telephone on-call system proportionately with other providers in the Company which may require weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time Position
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour (Starting Salary based on experience)
Salary : $65 - $70
