About us
We are looking for a part time individual to efficiently work at our front desk. Previous spa or medical receptionist experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company products, services, and policies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate department
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as a phone system, computer, printer, and scanner
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Knowledge of retail math concepts for upselling and cross-selling products
