What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Prestige Manufacturing?
What we do
We're a small manufacturer and co-packer of dietary supplements — liquid shots, tablets in blister cards, and single-count sachets. Everything is hand-packed on short production runs: 3 to 5 days, one order, then a break until the next one.
What you'll do
You'll work one station on the line and may rotate:
- Close clamshells onto blister cards and pack them into display boxes
- Load trays to keep the line supplied
- Fill and stamp-seal sachets
- Pack display boxes into master cases, build cases, stack pallets
The pace
This is a fast-paced line and speed is the whole job. Every station has an hourly target, you'll know it before you start, and you track your own count every hour. People who keep up get called back for every run. People who can't, don't.
Schedule
Runs are 3–4 days in a row, 9 to 12 hours a day, with start times ranging from 7:00 AM-10:30 AM depending on the day. Two 5-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. There is no work between runs — this suits someone who wants blocks of hours, not a Monday-to-Friday job. Our upcoming runs need more people each time, so reliable workers get regular call-backs.
What we need from you
- Stand and do repetitive hand work all shift
- Lift master cases up to 30 lbs
- Count accurately and hit your hourly number
- Follow floor rules: no phones on the floor, hairnet and gloves, seal checks
- Show up on time — one late start on a 3-day run costs us the day
Pay: $15.00 - $17.25 per hour
