The ESL Program Coordinator (EPC) is a full-time support-raised position reporting to the ESL Program Leader. The EPC brings evidence-based practices into ESL curriculum development and builds up teacher capacity with the goal of improving student achievement and supporting the development of client agency. The EPC supports teachers in planning for level-appropriate, and culturally sensitive spiritual discussions that align with the curriculum, help clients feel valued and loved, and open doors for future God-centered conversations.
