One hour you might be repairing a mower. The next you could be installing shelving, fixing a trailer light, welding a gate, changing hydraulic hoses, troubleshooting a pressure washer, repairing an irrigation pump, organizing a shop, or building something that has never existed before.

What You'll Do
No two days look the same, but responsibilities may include:
- Diagnose and repair commercial landscaping equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, skid steers, excavators, and small engines
- Repair hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and mechanical systems
- Weld and fabricate brackets, racks, gates, and custom equipment
- Perform building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, doors, locks, lighting, and HVAC troubleshooting
- Build shelving, storage systems, workstations, and shop improvements
- Maintain tools and organize inventory
- Respond to breakdowns in the field
- Install or repair irrigation components
- Assemble equipment and machinery
- Help improve efficiency throughout the company
- Anything else that helps keep the business running
