We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Assist guests with meal preparation and food handling, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent guest relations by greeting guests warmly and addressing any inquiries or needs.
• Maintain inventory of breakfast items, restocking as necessary to ensure availability.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food preparation and dietary needs.
• Handle phone etiquette professionally when taking reservations or answering guest questions.
• Assist with the delivery of food items as needed, ensuring timely service.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of hospitality throughout the dining area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or as a dietary aide is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
