A leading skilled nursing organization is seeking an accomplished Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA) near the Penfield, New York area to oversee facility operations and drive continued performance across the organization.
Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 DOE
The Role:
Direct all aspects of facility operations and day-to-day performance
Lead and develop the facility’s department heads and leadership team
Establish and execute operational goals related to census, quality, staffing, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with New York State regulations and maintain ongoing survey readiness
Review facility metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and key stakeholders
Promote a high-performing environment centered on accountability and quality outcomes
Qualifications:
Active New York LNHA license
Proven leadership experience within a skilled nursing facility
Strong knowledge of NYS long-term care regulations and survey requirements
Demonstrated experience overseeing budgets, staffing, operations, and facility performance
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
