Salary: $60,000 per year
Prestige Flooring and Interiors is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales & Inventory Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers while also managing purchasing, receiving, and inventory operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist contractors, installers, and homeowners at the sales counter
- Process sales transactions and provide product recommendations
- Place purchase orders with vendors and track deliveries
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and accuracy
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct periodic inventory counts
- Enter invoices, purchase orders, and inventory information in QuickBooks
- Coordinate with vendors regarding orders and product availability
- Keep the warehouse and sales area organized and stocked
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure excellent customer service
- Coordinate deliveries
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, purchasing, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flooring, construction, or building materials experience is a plus, but not required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 annual salary
- Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
