Shift: ALL SHIFTS

Schedule: 4 Days On | 2 Days Off Rotation

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Caregiver, you will help residents maintain their dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life by providing compassionate, hands-on assistance, companionship, and encouragement throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care

• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily routines

• Provide companionship, encouragement, and meaningful interaction

• Assist residents during meals and throughout the day as needed

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Complete assigned duties accurately and promptly

• Work closely with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers

• Help create a positive atmosphere where residents feel valued, respected, and loved

• Support residents in maintaining the highest level of independence possible
