Responsibilities
- Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals such as new activations, phone upgrades, accessory sales, rate plans, add-ons, retention goals, and auto bill pay goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success via Slack
- Participate in outside marketing events
Requirements
- Previous experience in phone sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Independent and self-motivated team player
- Tech-savvy and enjoy working with technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical activity such as setting up promotional material, changing displays, cleaning, marketing, etc.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
