What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR & Talent Operations Coordinator position at Prestige Development Group?
We are hiring an HR & Talent Operations Coordinator to build and support the internal infrastructure behind our growth.
This is not a traditional HR role.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Onboarding & employee experience
- Recruiting operations & sourcing support
- Systems, automation, and process design
You will play a key role in ensuring that as PDG grows, our people operations remain organized, responsive, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding coordination including offer documentation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and system setup
- Ensure a seamless, professional onboarding experience and maintain accurate onboarding trackers
- Support HR operations including employee records, policy acknowledgments, benefits coordination, and compliance across multi-state environments
- Partner with recruiting to create/post job descriptions, manage ATS workflows (Ceipal), and track candidate pipelines
- Provide sourcing support as needed including resume screening, outreach, and interview scheduling
- Support and optimize systems including AI sourcing tools, automation workflows, and recruiting processes
- Maintain visibility across open roles, onboarding status, and hiring progress while supporting reporting for leadership
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or operations support
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-state environments
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ceipal, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
Qualifications Preferred:
- Experience supporting both HR and recruiting functions
- Exposure to automation or AI tools in recruiting or operations
- Experience in consulting, staffing, or professional services environments
- Familiarity with onboarding compliance requirements (I-9, background checks, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000 – $60,000 depending on experience
- Opportunity for growth as PDG scales
