Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across job sites
- Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings with crews
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident records
- Investigate and report on-site accidents and near misses
- Oversee PPE use and employee safety orientations
- Collaborate with project managers and foremen to develop and enforce site-specific safety plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction safety or site supervision
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
