Prestige Construction & Development, LLC is seeking a full-time, traveling Project Superintendent based in Texas. This role is responsible for overseeing daily on-site construction operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate field crews and subcontractors
- Manage daily site operations, schedules, and project milestones
- Enforce and monitor safety compliance in accordance with company and OSHA standards
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout all phases of construction
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost impacts
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation using Procore
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven field experience, capable of managing multiple moving parts while maintaining a high level of organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
- Experience in Commercial Construction with a thorough understanding of processes and best practices
- Proficiency in Quality Control and attention to detail to ensure deliverables meet standards
- Knowledge and implementation of Construction Safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in construction management software and tools
- Ability to work in a remote setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
- Valid driver’s license.
