Must be bilingual Spanish/English speaking. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday -3pm-11pm.
Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, making/managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. Responsibilities
· Provide potential guests information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
· Perform all tasks related to checking guests in and out of the hotel
· Manage online and phone reservations
· Welcome guests to the hotel upon arrival
· Register guests and collect necessary information while doing so
· Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
· Liaise with our housekeeping staff and maintenance staff
· Upsell rooms and suites when available
· Sell packages and amenities
· Maintain updated records of bookings and payment
· Customer service experience a plus
· Excellent communication and organizational skills required
· Pace of work is fast and consistent. Multitasking skills are a must.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
